What is Yazzo?
Yazzo is a mobile app that shows offers, events and promotions near you from local businesses. You can reserve an offer in the app and redeem it at the venue with a QR code.
Is Yazzo free?
Downloading and using the app is free. When you reserve an offer you pay a small booking fee, and you pay the offer's discounted price directly to the business at the venue.
How does a reservation work?
Pick an offer, reserve it in the app for the booking fee, and show your QR code at the venue. You pay the discounted price to the business there.
Do I get my booking fee back if I cancel?
To cancel, contact the business directly. The booking fee is not refunded if you cancel yourself. If the business cancelled your reservation, contact support@yazzoapp.com.
What are Yazzo Coins?
Yazzo Coins are virtual credits you earn by using the app and by inviting friends to Yazzo: you get a welcome bonus when you sign up, Coins with every reservation, and a reward for every friend you invite. You can use Coins toward the booking fees of future reservations.
Where is Yazzo available?
Yazzo launches in Helsinki in fall 2026. Other cities will follow later.
Who can use Yazzo?
Yazzo is for people aged 18 and over. The app is available in Finnish and English.
Do I have to share my location?
Yazzo uses your location to show what's near you, but you can also browse without sharing it. Your location is used while the app is open and is not stored permanently by Yazzo.
What can I find in Yazzo?
Restaurants, cafes and bars, events, nightlife, wellness, hobbies and more.

Businesses can join Yazzo as partners and get two months of free visibility. Join the waitlist on this page and we'll tell you more.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Edit Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”. If the app is no longer installed, email support@yazzoapp.com.
